Stephen’s passion for building and construction began in his childhood, accompanying his father to project sites. This early fascination ignited a lifelong dedication to the industry, culminating in founding Rubbycon Interiors and Construction Company Ltd. in 2013. His deep-seated interest in interior design further fueled his entrepreneurial spirit, transforming his passion into a thriving business formally incorporated in 2018.
Under Stephen’s leadership, Rubbycon has experienced remarkable growth, building a workforce of over 200 employees nationwide in just five years. His expertise in business analysis, honed over 7 years of experience, has been instrumental in the company’s success. Stephen possesses a strong command of data analysis and manipulation, complemented by his skills in Python, Pandas, PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL.
As CEO, Stephen remains committed to innovation and continuous learning, pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. His forward-thinking approach and dedication to data-driven decision-making position Rubbycon as a leader in the construction and interiors industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, Stephen finds fulfillment in exploring Kenya’s natural beauty through travel, engaging in personal development through reading, and staying informed on the latest research publications. His unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with his lifelong passion for construction and interior design, makes him an inspiring leader and a driving force in the industry.
